MYTHBUSTERS take on the Gorn Cannon

For anyone not up on their Star Trek the Gorn are a race the Federation first encounter in the TOS episode “Arena”. Kirk Fights the Gorn captain on a planet and eventually kills him with a CANNON  he made from a bamboo tube and the raw ingredients for gun powder, yes very smart we can be when confronted by an angry actor in a lizard suit. But does it actually work, the truth is finally revealed
